"After working in automotive retail and marketing since 2002, I developed a passion for helping others succeed and fell in love with the industry. I realized many forget that people at dealerships—employees, customers, and vendor partners—are human beings, not just roles or data points.
Dealerships often invest in leadership for sales, parts, and service, but marketing—one of the largest budget items—frequently lacks a dedicated, empowered, and well-supported leader. Too often, marketing staff are spread thin across unrelated tasks and lack proper tools and training.
In 2020, I built a platform to support dealers and vendors—educating and protecting their marketing investments. Our mission is to MOTIVATE marketers, enable COLLABORATION, and become an extension of the dealership's EXECUTION. We reduce wasted time and money, shifting focus to create a positive perception of automotive retail—where people want to work, shop, and partner with organizations in auto.
